Think Phase:

Explore the problems that users and stakeholders are experiencing and consider how you could solve them with your design. Utilise Atomic UX research nuggets to continuously collect information into a UX repository and use it to evaluate the product's purpose and value. This will be a repetitive and continuous process as the product evolves.

Research/Repository Tools: Notion, Figjam, Maze, UXCam, Figma Mirror, Google suite, etc
Research Methods: Developing Personas, Data Analytics Tools, Screen Recordings, Web/App Survey Features, User Interviews, Competitive analysis

Make Phase:

Begin designing the product by developing user flows, information architecture, sketches, wireframes, and prototypes, using Atomic UI principles and implementing a design system. A simple prototype of the design that can be tested with the target audience. Continuous revisions will be made to the prototype as feedback is collected.

Design Tools: Figma, Figjam

Check Phase:

Evaluate users' reactions to your design and obtain feedback from project stakeholders. Make necessary modifications to your designs and repeat the process as needed.

Testing Tools: Firebase, Testflight or any production environment

How do I prioritise and make trade-offs when faced with conflicting design requirements?

Given that most projects come with certain constraints, I will make a decision with the best course of action by considering business goals, technical feasibility, and user needs.
